MALDEN READS
      One City, One Book
YOUTH PROGRAM
Malden Reads is for all ages.
While the featured selection for 2014—The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks—is recommended for readers teenaged or older, the Malden Reads core committee has chosen several companion books specifically aimed at younger readers.
These books raise themes similar to the featured selection, in an age-appropriate fashion for younger readers.
Stay tuned for information on related events & activities for K-8 youth all ages!
Reading Circles
Join fellow community members to read this year’s selections together, with help and discussion as the books are read.
